About Beauty by Earth
Beauty by Earth is a fast-growing clean beauty brand obsessed with natural formulas, elevated aesthetics, and operational excellence. We create content at scale—and we care deeply about how that content is stored, protected, and activated across marketing channels. This role sits at the intersection of creative and operational efficiency.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer & Digital Asset Operations Specialist to support our Senior Graphic Designer with day-to-day creative production in Figma, while also owning the organization, consent management, and performance optimization of our user-generated and brand-created digital assets inside our digital asset management system (Air).
This role is approximately 75–80% creative production and 20–25% management of our digital assets. It’s critical to ensure our creative library is legally compliant, easily searchable, and optimized for our fast-moving marketing team, to ensure all departments have the day-to-day creative support they need. You’ll be responsible for turning a growing volume of UGC and brand assets into a clean, structured, high-performing system that supports paid media, email, social, and site merchandising — while also producing the creative assets that keep our brand moving forward.
Key Responsibilities

- Rename assets using standardized naming conventions to support fast search and reuse
- Board and organize new assets into Air with correct folder structure and metadata
- Audit existing Air libraries to identify duplicates, outdated files, missing consent, or mis-tagged assets
- Consolidate folders and clean up legacy structures to improve speed, clarity, and performance
- Flag any assets with unclear, missing, or expired consent for review
- Collaborate with marketing, paid media, and creative teams to ensure assets are activation-ready
- Maintain clear SOPs and documentation for ongoing asset management best practices
- Produce a weekly Air report covering best new creative, problem content, content gaps, opportunities, and other updates the team should know about
